Join Modesto Area Express (MAX) and a new electric bus at the Vintage Faire Mall on Saturday, February 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Bus will be in front of Starbucks by the electric charging stations. Visitors can climb aboard and check out the sleek new machine to see why MAX is all charged up!
You may have noticed sleek new buses with a futuristic design coming and going from the Modesto Transit Center. These are Modesto Area Express’ new zero-emission, battery-electric Proterra E2 series buses which are built on a platform designed to provide both flexibility and durability! The new buses produce zero tailpipe emissions and decrease dependency on fossil fuels.
