Our bus operators are also covered by this directive. Effective June 19, 2020, until further notice, face coverings or masks are required for all riders. This includes Modesto Area Express (MAX) buses, as well as our Modesto Area Dial-A-Ride (MADAR) paratransit service. MAX would like to thank riders for following this order! Let’s Mask up MAX!
Should you require a mask, please consider the following:
- Riders can request a mask from their bus driver for as long as supplies last. Please limit your request to one per trip.
