[ARCHIVED] Healthy Aging Summit

Healthy Aging Association, Young At Heart, Invest in Aging, image of red hearts

The 2024 Healthy Aging and Fall Prevention Summit is happening on Friday, October 11  from 8am - 1pm at Modesto Centre Plaza (10th and K Streets). Older adults and caregivers can find health screenings, educational and fall prevention resources.
